This listing is for the buyer to send their football to Cren's Company for lace repair only. The repair includes a brand-new football lace, hand-installed and tightened to spec.
If your football also needs a new bladder, please refer to our separate Bladder + Lacing repair service.
If you have multiple footballs to send, message us ahead of time with the quantity so we can provide a bulk discount.
Instructions:
1) Choose your lace option — (white NFL style suede lace OR white, black, royal blue, and red Tacky Diamond Pattern ACL lacing), If color option is not shown, please message us for a custom color.
2) Choose your quantity (bulk pricing applies for 3+ footballs — for more than 6, message us for a custom quote)
3) Complete your order
4) Pack your football and include a sheet of paper with your name, return address, and order number.
Ship to: Shipping instructions and our intake address will be included in your order confirmation email after purchase.
5) Once your football arrives, we'll inspect, repair, and repackage it — typically within 3–4 business days. During busier periods this may take up to a week. If your timeline is tight, let us know and we'll do what we can to prioritize your order.
6) We'll ship your football back via USPS Ground Advantage, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground. Need expedited shipping? Message us before placing your order.
International orders: please message us before ordering — international shipping costs more and needs to be factored into your total.
